Queues can also contain groups of users, such as a Customer Success or a Support queue, where members of the queue can view tasks available for assignment. ![]() Queues can be empty, such as the TaskRay Unassigned queue, perfect for tasks contained in templates and not yet ready for owner assignment. In such cases, those tasks can be assigned to queues. There could be times when there will not be a specific user to assign a task to.
